A mortgage directory listing is usually the least expensive way to place your contact information online. Mortgage directories may provide an opportunity for new loan origination leads since they could generate traffic (attract potential customers). If your mortgage directory listing includes a link to your web page or website, it could also improve the search results (or page rank) for your page or site. Many industry directories may not present the best image and may be cluttered with ads and banners, but if they’re FREE and attracting visitors, you have nothing to lose and the potential to attract visitors directly to your web page. Plus, with a live link, your listing will move up nearer the top of your home state page at Mortgage-X. You can post your rates for free there, too, and get another boost up the page. MortgageLeadsGuide.com and HomeLoansLocal.com — FREE Standard listing appears on two websites. Featured listing in top page section on both sites for $50 per month. (See site for details.) Site provides information on the mortgage lead industry including buying and selling mortgage leads, mortgage lead return on investment calculators, internet mortgage lead companies and more.
MortgageLinks.org — FREE listing BUT requires your company to have brick-and-mortar operation in the county you’re listed under. Featured listing at top of page $30/3 months. (See site for details.)
Mortgage101.com — A high-end, paid-listing directory with lots of traffic, starts at $50 per month/per state, operated by www.lionmts.com.
