National Association of Mortgage Brokers
The National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) was established in 1973 and now has 46 state affiliates and more than 24,000 members. NAMB promotes the industry through programs and services such as education, professional certification and government affairs representation. NAMB members subscribe to a code of ethics and best lending practices that foster integrity, professionalism and confidentiality when working with consumers.
NAMB membership provides you with all of the products and services that associations typically offer, along with services specially tailored to the mortgage industry and networking opportunities. Our Broker Referral program, consumer education outreach efforts, targeted legislative advocacy programs and up-to-the-minute news updates are just a few examples of how the association can help you and increase your bottom line. Members also receive a complimentary subscription to our official monthly publication and have the opportunity to receive handsome discounts on a variety of goods and services through NAMB’s Strategic Alliance Program. To learn more, visit the NAMB web site.
National Association of Professional Mortgage Women
The National Association of Professional Mortgage Women (NAPMW) is a community of professionals who engage in the mortgage/banking industry. Men and women from all backgrounds have joined NAPMW because they want to excel at what they do. And employers who want excellence from their employees engage with NAPMW for up to date education. Along with beneficial education programs, members receive a subscription to the quarterly publication and discounts on a variety of products and services.
NAPMW is not a women’s organization. But since women make up the majority of professionals in the mortgage/banking profession, our purpose is to help them advance in business, personal and leadership development. We believe this is a cause everyone can stand behind. We also believe by providing the highest quality and most comprehensive education to our members—both men and women—they will be able to best serve their customers and succeed in their careers. To learn more, visit the NAPMW web site.
