Do you over deliver? Or do you over promise? We are all offering a service and because of that fact you must always set REALISTIC expectations and go above them. What do I mean? If you committ to an approval or closing date make sure it is realisitc and then try to do it faster…

If you committed to a rate and the market improved BEFORE you locked it in… why not give them the benefit… (Please do not confuse this concept with properly charging for your services!)

Think about it today… What can you do to over-deliver.

If you think you can, you can. If you think you can’t, you can’t. Either way you are right…

It is just as easy to do a million dollar deal as it is to do one for 100,000 or 500,000.
