1. Take a real-estate course.
2. Spend a day or more with a processor.
3. Spend a day or more with an underwriter.
4. Spend a day or more with a closer.
5. Spend the day with a title company.
6. Spend a day with an appraiser.

These are all no-cost ways to learn and will give you an edge over your competition. You will have insights into the process and have more knowledge than most of your competition.
